Where to Start
So a lot has happened since the start of January. My family has gone through some rough times and we have been dealing with a very difficult situation. I've been more concerned with, this then really focusing on me. As a result I haven't progressed much since the start of the year. Anyways, yesterday I turned 27, and I need to stop worrying some much about these family issues and start focusing on me. So I'm starting kinda again, I don't know what my weight is at, but i'm about to weigh myself and take a picture and post it. This is a new start again for me, so here we go again.
Celebration
So I just finished my first week of the new year. I lost 4 lbs., which is good. I think i could have lost more, but on the weekend we were celebrating my friends last official day as a Marine. So I went out and drank alot and had a late night/early morning meal on saturday night/morning. Overall i'm pretty happy, 4 lbs is a good number to lose for a week, if i could consistently lose 4lbs every week, I could easily reach my goal before the end of the year. Just so everyone knows, i'm not starving myself or anything, i'm eating about three times a day, but just eating right and eating smaller portions. So I hope everyone is well. Cheers.
New Year's Resolution/300LBS
It's time for new year's resolutions. I weigh 300lbs on this morning, of Jan.1,2007. My goal is to lose weight, alot of weight. I'm 5'9 and I want to get down to 177LBS, this year i want to lose at least 100LBS, I will post my progress, good or bad, every monday. Cheers mates, stay positive and hope your year starts off well.
