So I just finished my first week of the new year. I lost 4 lbs., which is good. I think i could have lost more, but on the weekend we were celebrating my friends last official day as a Marine. So I went out and drank alot and had a late night/early morning meal on saturday night/morning. Overall i'm pretty happy, 4 lbs is a good number to lose for a week, if i could consistently lose 4lbs every week, I could easily reach my goal before the end of the year. Just so everyone knows, i'm not starving myself or anything, i'm eating about three times a day, but just eating right and eating smaller portions. So I hope everyone is well. Cheers.
